About SBC

Welcome! Have you always wanted to have a summer body all year round, but you can't stand deprivation diets and counting calories? Well, now you can. 

With SBC, your focus will be on whole, unprocessed, nutrient-dense foods, and workouts that you can tailor to your needs and fitness level. And these workouts are fun and challenging, but they'll also leave you feeling better about yourself!

 

You can choose which aspects of the Summer Body Club you want to follow, or you can purchase the bundle! It's up to you. 

About SBC's Workouts

 

All of the SBC workouts were created by Deb Praver, and they are designed in such a way that you can do them anywhere, you don't need equipment, and you can choose your level. They are led by Basherrah Ahmad and Kadee Sweeney, two powerhouse women who will keep you motivated and having fun through every workout. 

About the Creator

Ghost Mountain Books, Inc. teamed up with Cynthia Pasquella, a certified clinical nutritionist (CCN), holistic life coach, media personality and best-selling author (The P.I.N.K. Method, The Hungry Hottie Cookbook) to create the core elements, mindset exercises, recipes and meal plans for the Summer Body Club.

 

Cynthia is known for combining the science of what foods to eat and why with the psychology of why we know what to do but still won't do it. You can learn more about Cynthia and discover "what you're really hungry for" here
